SSC MTS 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has started releasing the application status before the admit card of the MTS and Havildar Recruitment 2024 exam. Candidates can visit the regional website of SSC to check whether their application has been accepted or not. Right now SSC Eastern Region and Karnataka Region have released the application status. Admit cards for the SSC MTS and Havildar Recruitment Exam can be released next week.
When will the SSC MTS and Havildar Recruitment Exam be held?
SSC MTS and Havildar Recruitment Exam will be conducted between 30 September to 14 November 2024. MTS i.e. Multi Tasking Staff will be recruited in the departments and ministries of the Central Government. Whereas Havildar will be recruited by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and the Central Bureau of Narcotics. This time a record more than 57 lakh applications have been received for these posts.
How many posts will be recruited?
According to the SSC MTS Recruitment Notification 2024, there are a total of 9583 vacancies. 57 lakh 44 thousand 714 candidates have applied for this. This means that on average 595 candidates are contenders for each vacancy.
