Vice President Kamala Harris is expected to concede the 2024 presidential defeat to Donald Trump in the early hours of Thursday (4 pm ET/2 30 am local time ), according to media reports quoting sources. President Joe Biden also plans to call the president-elect and is expected to speak publicly about the election outcome.
According to NBC, Vice President Harris is set to address the nation and her supporters at Howard University in Washington, D.C, where she graduated.
