The fifth edition of TOI Dialogues will be held in Kanpur on Sep 23 and will chronicle the city’s emergence as a thriving economic and cultural hub. The previous editions of TOI Dialogues were held across Gorakhpur, Lucknow and Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh and in Dehradun in Uttarakhand.
