Krishna Janmabhoomi row: Allahabad HC says Shahi Eidgah 'not disputed'; plea dismissed

NEW DELHI: The Allahabad high court has dismissed a plea by the Committee of Management of the Shahi Jama Masjid , which sought to declare the Shahi Idgah mosque in Sambhal a disputed structure, news agency ANI reported. The petition had challenged an earlier order by a civil court in Sambhal that had allowed a survey of the mosque, which Hindus claim was built over a demolished temple.
