Uber One free trial with Apple Card: How to get this offer
To take advantage of this promotion, eligible users need to enrol in an Uber One subscription using their Apple Card and complete the transaction via Apple Pay through a unique link provided by Apple via email.
Both new and returning Uber One subscribers can participate, but current Uber One subscribers are not eligible. Following the six-month free trial, the Uber One membership will automatically renew at a cost of $9.99 per month unless the user cancels beforehand.
An Uber One membership can be cancelled at any time through the Uber One section in the Uber app by selecting Manage Membership, then End Membership, and finally Leave Uber One.
Apple Card holders who cancel before the end of the six-month free trial will continue to receive the full trial period at no cost. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the next renewal date, a charge may appear, but it will be automatically refunded.
The Uber One subscription offers benefits such as a $0 Delivery Fee on certain Uber Eats orders, including food and grocery deliveries. Members also get access to exclusive deals and can receive up to 10% off on select deliveries and pickup orders from Uber Eats.
Apple's email regarding the Uber One offer notes a change related to T-Mobile purchases.
Beginning in 2025, Apple Card users will earn 2% Daily Cash back on these transactions, down from the current 3%. Card holders will still earn 3% Daily Cash back on Apple Card purchases made with Booking.com, Nike, and Walgreens. More details can be found on Apple’s website.
