Rajkot: A Madhya Pradesh resident was arrested for allegedly creating a fake Instagram account of a Bhavnagar woman and her minor daughter and circulating her personal photos with vulgar captions on social media.
On the complaint lodged by the woman, the police traced the source of the uploaded photos to MP's Itoria village in Kairana district from where they caught the accused Lavkush Kushwaha, said AN Desai, investigating officer.
Besides BNS and IT Act, he was also booked under sections of Pocso Act.His mobile phone was sent for forensic analysis.
