Amazon founder Jeff Bezos will tie the knot with his fiancee Lauren Sanchez in Italy next month. The wedding is expected to take place from June 24 to June 26, 2026, and is expected to be one of the most-talked about weddings this year. The guest list includes around 200 high-profile individuals, such as Kim Kardashian, Oprah Winfrey, Leonardo DiCaprio, Katy Perry, Ivanka Trump, and Jared Kushner. Preparations for the event are already underway. Now a report by The Sun has revealed the likely venue of the wedding. The couple has reportedly chosen a stunning open-air theater on a Venetian island as their wedding venue.
“The word is that they have booked the theater which has been restored,” a source told the publication. "It's not your usual venue for a wedding, it would be iconic,” the source added.
"Everyone is talking about the wedding and it's going to be a huge celebration."

Morris Ceron, the director general of the Venice council, said he personally encouraged Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez to choose Venice as their wedding location.
“Seven months ago, Domenico Dolce told me Bezos was getting married,” Ceron said, adding “I got to work to bring this marriage of the century to Venice—that's how it started.”
Luigi Brugnaro, the mayor of Venice, previously released a statement confirming the number of guests likely to attend the wedding. "Only two hundred guests will have been invited and therefore it will be easy for Venice to accommodate such an event, without any disruption whatsoever to the city, its residents, and visitors," Brugnaro said.

A People report in March confirmed that the couple has sent out invitations to their guests. A source has confirmed names in the guest list of Jeff Bezos–Lauren Sánchez wedding. These include Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner, among others.
Other high profile names such as Kim Kardashian, Oprah Winfrey, Leonardo DiCaprio, are also on the guest list.
Recently, a DailyMail report claimed that the couple has hired Lady Gaga and Elton John to sing at their wedding.
