WWE ’s President and TKO's board of directors (WWE’s parent company), Nick Khan has recently teased a new docuseries for Netflix which will exclusively focus on the behind-the-scenes moments for fans. The news of the docuseries came after WWE’s former boss Vince McMahon’s documentary series reached millions of global fans. Also, WWE’s deal with Netflix to stream Monday Night Raw makes perfect sense for the upcoming series.

Nick Khan teased a new docuseries for NetflixWWE’s Monday Night Raw is set to make a spectacular debut on Netflix looking to create history with the move to shift from television to streaming for the first time. While WWE is reportedly planning something big for the big occasion making the January 6, 2025, Red Brand’s debut on the platform close to a premium live event inauguration, the WWE President has just teased another good news for fans.
In a recent Bloomberg report, it was revealed that World Wrestling Entertainment Inc., part of TKO Group Holdings Inc., is looking to debut a behind-the-scenes documentary series on Netflix.
On October 17, WWE President Nick Khan revealed a new behind-the-scenes series coming to Netflix as part of WWE’s growing partnership with the platform. Speaking at the University of Southern California’s Next Level Sports conference in Inglewood, Khan mentioned the $5 billion, 10-year deal signed earlier this year, which will also bring WWE’s Raw to Netflix in 2025. Netflix has been expanding its sports content since 2016, with popular shows like Last Chance U, Formula 1: Drive to Survive, and The Last Dance.
Recently, Netflix released a documentary series on WWE's former boss, Vince McMahon. The highly anticipated series eventually became the talk of the town reaching almost 5 million viewers with a reported 9.5 million hours viewed. Despite the popularity of the show, Mr. McMahon also sparked a series of controversies.
As for the Netflix debut of Monday Night Raw, WWE has reportedly planned something big for the debut event on the streamer. Several superstars have been positive about the approach as it would change the landscape of the Red Brand. It is expected that John Cena who recently announced his retirement tour, will start his final journey during the event.
