2. Complete boss encounters in The Nether

The most effective and efficient way to increase the Shaping Slab’s reputation has to be farming XP through Metastasized Essentia. Essentia are big, spiky, white spheres that grow among rocky outcroppings, along walls, and in nooks. You must finish a boss encounter to get rid of the "Fleeting" label that appears when you pick them up in the Dreadnaught. They will also become green instead of white.
But how to farm them? First, equip the Essentia Rune upgrade by interacting with Slab. After you are done with that, spawn into The Nether and find Metastasized Essentia by using your Ghost with the Wombo Detector. You can go back to Eris Morn's apartment and engage with the Taken Altar there when you've accumulated ten Essentia. For every 10 Metastasized Essentia, you get 200 Taken Mastery points. However, when you go to Taken Altar, make sure it’s 10 or 0, nothing in between.
