As a freshman, Kupp set records for receiving yards, total touchdown catches, consecutive games with a touchdown catch, and receptions. He was unanimously selected to the All-Big Sky Conference First Team. Following his standout sophomore year, Kupp married Anna Kupp.

Cooper Kupp's NFL career

Cooper Kupp wrapped up his college career with an astonishing four-year run of record-breaking feats, becoming the all-time leader in receiving yards across every level of college football. He also set NCAA FCS records for career receiving touchdowns and receptions. The pinnacle of his college success came in 2015 when he won the Walter Payton Award as the FCS MVP, becoming only the second wide receiver ever to claim this prestigious honor.

The Los Angeles Rams drafted Cooper Kupp with the 69th pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, making him the seventh wide receiver selected. Signed to a four-year, $3.83 million deal with a $954,760 signing bonus, Kupp made an immediate impact with five touchdowns and 869 receiving yards as a rookie.

In 2018, he was set for a breakout year before a torn ACL cut his season short. He returned in 2019 as one of the NFL's top players, with 94 receptions, 1,161 yards, and 10 touchdowns.
