NEW DELHI: In a late but significant move, Delhi Capitals (DC) have roped in Bangladesh pacer Mustafizur Rahman as a replacement for Australian sensation Jake Fraser-McGurk, who has opted out of the remainder of IPL 2025 due to personal reasons.

Mustafizur, a seasoned campaigner in both international and franchise cricket, brings a wealth of experience to the Capitals' bowling lineup.
Having played 57 IPL matches and bagged 61 wickets, his left-arm variations, particularly the off-cutter, could prove invaluable on India’s dry, post-summer pitches.
Internationally, the 29-year-old has featured in 106 T20Is for Bangladesh, collecting 132 wickets along the way. He joins the Capitals for a hefty Rs 6 Crore deal.
