Actor Vivek Oberoi who was recently seen in Rohit Shetty's 'Indian Police Force', opened up about the challenging period he faced in Bollywood, reflecting on what he described as his 'darkest days' in the industry.

In an interview with ABP, Vivek Oberoi reflected on the human experience during difficult times, explaining that the impact of such periods depends on their intensity and duration. He noted that if the hardship is less intense or short-lived, one can heal and move on quickly. However, when the experience is more intense or prolonged, the healing process takes longer. He added that just as the wound begins to heal, the pain often resurfaces, making it harder to move forward.

Vivek also shared that his struggles began when influential figures in the industry lobbied against him, resulting in public humiliation, social media trolling, and even threats from the underworld. He described the intensity of his experience as overwhelming, revealing that projects were taken away from him after he had signed them, and he was subjected to such serious threats from the underworld that the police had to assign him an armed guard and provide him with a gun for protection.

On the work front, Vivek was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s web show Indian Police Force along with Siddharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty and others.
