When Calcutta Times reached out to entrepreneur and style maven Esha Dutta to curate a Poila Boishakh look, she knew exactly the vibe she wanted — graceful, festive, and with a playful Indo-western twist. And who better to style than the fresh new face of the industry, Hiya Chatterjee, who is all set to make her acting debut. We also chatted with the two to know what the Bengali New Year means to them.

When asked about her first shoot experience with Esha and CT, Hiya said: “Being styled by Esha aunty – whose sense of fashion I’ve always admired — was such a wholesome experience.
