The mother of a teenager who authorities say was killed by two illegal migrants hit out at Vice President Kamala Harris for not reaching out after the death of her daughter. Alexis Nungaray, mother of Jocelyn Nungaray, held the Biden-Harris border policies responsible for her daughter's death as she joined Donald Trump at an event in Texas on Friday.

"Kamala Harris has never reached out to me, just even as a human, to give her condolences as a humane person running this country," Nungaray said. She then added, "I think it's very sad that she can't even just give me an open apology, sincere apology."Alexis Nungaray thanked the former president and Texas Senator Ted Cruz for standing with her family post her teenage daughter's death. "I appreciate everything Donald Trump, Senator Ted Cruz has done for me," she said. Jocelyn was 12 years old when she was found dead in a creek on June 17. Investigators said, she had met the duo on her way to a convenient store, the night before she was murdered. The migrants allegedly assaulted her and strangulated her to death under a bridge, according to investigators. Texas Governor Greg Abbott has called for death penalty for the criminals. Both migrants identified as Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos had been arrested before the murder but were released with notices to appear in court. Kamala Harris's Response To The MurderLast week on Fox News, Bret Baier had asked Harris if she wanted to issue an apology to Nungaray's family. The Democrat nominee however refrained from directly apologizing in the interview. Instead she said she's "so sorry for her loss.""I am so sorry for her loss. I am so sorry for her loss. Sincerely. But let's talk about what is happening right now with an individual who does not want to participate in solutions," Harris responded to the Fox News anchor with context to Trump.
