Trump Plans To Invoke Centuries-Old Law To Target Illegal Migrant Criminals

Former President Donald Trump on Friday spoke about at his plan to target illegal migrant criminals, especially Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. Addressing a rally in Aurora, Colorado, the Republican presidential nominee said he will invoke a 226-year-old law to deport gang members across the US. His plan, dubbed as 'Operation Aurora', was revealed weeks after locals alleged that armed gang members forcefully entered an apartment and fatally shot one person. At least 10 Tren de Aragua members have been arrested in Aurora. “What are they doing to Colorado? They’re ruining your state,” Trump asked. He further slammed VP Kamala Harris for the situation. After talking about those who died, the former president said: "We will have an Operation Aurora at the federal level to expedite the removals of these savage gangs.”“I will invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to target and dismantle every criminal network operating on American soil.” Trump also claimed that he would implement a 10-year prison sentence for migrants who re-enter the US after being deported and impose the death penalty on illegal migrants who kill Americans.
