It's A Wrap For Mani Ratnam And Kamal Haasan's Thug Life

Thug Life, directed by legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam, and starring the iconic actor Kamal Haasan has been officially wrapped. The film has now moved to post-production.The makers announced the news through a short video on their social media handles. Although the news regarding the film wrapping was circulating on X a few days back, the official announcement was shared only recently.

Thug Life WrappedRaaj Kamal International's post read, "Shooting Completed #Thuglife enters the next phase #Ulaganayagan #KamalHaasan #SilambarasanTR."The film is touted as a gangster drama co-produced by Raaj Kamal Films International and Madras Talkies. Thug Life stars Silambarasan TR, Trisha, Abhirami, and Nasser. The film's music was composed by AR Rahman.

A few days back, a picture of Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam, and Silambarasan TR from the wrap-up party of Thug Life was doing the rounds on social media. Mani Ratnam's last directorial was Ponniyin Selvan II, which opened to positive responses from both critics and audiences. Backed by Allirajah Subaskaran's banner Lyca Productions, Ponniyin Selvan-II released in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. Music director AR Rahman composed the music with cinematography by Ravi Varman.
