Melania Trump has released a new promotional video for her upcoming memoir, which delves into her personal experiences and perspectives on recent political events. The video, which was uploaded on X, emphasizes the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution and claims that the FBI raid on the subject's Mar-a-Lago home in August 2022 violated her rights.

In the video, Melania Trump, who appears in black-and-white, reflects on the raid, stating, "I never imagined my privacy would be invaded by the government here in America." Melania tells how federal officials searched her house as part of an investigation into former President Donald Trump's handling of secret data while a still shot of the Mar-a-Lago estate appears in the video.Melania continued, "The FBI raided my home in Florida and searched through my personal belongings. This is not just my story—it serves as a warning to all Americans. A reminder that our freedom and rights must be respected." A first peek into her memoir, "Melania," which will be released in October in advance of the presidential election, rounds out the video. This is the most recent in a string of advertisements that Melania has posted that correspond with the themes of Donald Trump's campaign. A week before, she had dropped another video in which she attacked the Biden administration on economic grounds and asserted that the outcome of the 2020 election had a profound effect on the standard of living for Americans. Melania talked about attempts to muzzle her husband and other alleged dangers to free expression in that tape. Melania publicly questioned the response of law police to the July 13 attempted assassination of Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, in her first video. She called for more research into why law enforcement failed to capture the gunman before to the shooting and hinted that there could be a more complex backstory to the crime. A gunshot wound to Donald Trump during the attempted assassination has sparked concerns about a number of security protocols. Thomas Matthew Crooks, the gunman, opened fire from a rooftop about 150 yards from the demonstration; this position was exempt from routine security protocols. The Secret Service's involvement and the local law enforcement's tardiness in responding have come under close examination, especially in the wake of Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle's resignation due to persistent worries about the security breach. It is yet unknown how Melania Trump's memoir, which is scheduled for release on October 1, will address the assassination attempt.
