Kiccha Sudeep-hosted Bigg Boss Kannada Season 11 has been entertaining the viewers since its premiere. Amid this, reports have surfaced that the show has now gotten into some legal trouble as an advocate from Karnataka’s Sagara has issued a notice to the makers. The petition that has been filed seeks to cancel Bigg Boss 11 to be aired on television. According to reports, Sagar’s lawyer, KL Bhojaraj, has filed the petition under Code of Business Procedure Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 151. The application will be heard on October 28, 2024.A court has now issued a notice under the Code of Civil Procedure Act U/sec. 26, Order 7, rule 1, according to a report by News18. The producers and editors of BB Kannada 11 makers has been issued with an emergency notice. The report further suggested that the lawyer complained through a letter to the Women’s Commission that the privacy of the female contestants had been compromised in the Bigg Boss Kannada 11 house. A copy of the same was then submitted to the State Human Rights Commission saying that human rights were being violated. The notice was also issued by the Kumbalgodu Police after the Karnataka State Commission for Women raised concerns over a controversial task in the house.Meanwhile, post this, the makers recently stopped the concept of 'hell-heaven' in the house and allowed all the contestants to stay together. In this concept, the contestants were split into different sections wherein concerns were raised about the lack of privacy for female contestants in a multi-camera environment.
