When is the Carabao Cup quarter-final draw?

The draw for the quarter-finals will take place tonight (Wednesday, October 30), after Spurs' match with City at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. It's expected to start at around 10:30pm UK time.

However, it could be delayed if there is nothing to separate the two sides at full-time, with penalties having to be played first. There's no extra time in the Carabao Cup until the semi-final stage.
