The transformation in 's physical appearance, who now appears to have a more sculpted figure, has spurred speculation that Meghan Markle's influence may be playing a role in his regimen.
A expert has suggested that the Duke of Sussex is possibly embracing yoga and pilates, after being seen strolling around his home in shorts, a puffer jacket, and a beanie.
Witnesses have noticed Prince Harry showcasing a more chiselled physique, which contrasts with his former rugby and polo days.
Personal trainer Lewis Paris commented on the possibility of Harry frequenting the gym to maintain this leaner build.
He suggests that the prince's workout regimen may encompass running, strength training, and diverse full-body exercises.
Speaking to the , Paris said: "A consistent training routine would be the reason for Harry's shapely legs.
"Based on my experience, I'd guess he's going running or jogging once or twice a week, followed by two to three strength sessions, with one focused on HIIT and the other focused on the total body, attacking all the major muscle groups.
"Shaping the legs than just losing the weight, doing some form of strength training will help to form the legs you desire.
"Pilates can help with core strength, posture development and mobility. So Prince Harry is probably engaging in a weekly training routine of doing it three to five times per week to build muscle, maintain weight and keep fit.
Paris further highlighted Harry's disciplined military history as a valuable asset for adhering to a structured fitness schedule, thus aiding him in achieving and conserving his toned look.
While Prince Harry may be sporting a leaner physique, he has never been a stranger to sports. The Duke of Sussex is known to love and have played rugby in his younger years.
Polo is another one of his passions, and Harry has been able to carry on playing the sport even after his relocation to the US, as in the spring of 2022, he joined the Los Padres team led by his dear friend Nacho Figuered.
The Duke of Sussex also showed his athletic prowess in early 2021, when he tackled an assault course during his appearance in the Late Show with James Corden.
Yoga is known to be an activity close to the Duchess of Sussex's heart.
On top of this, , Prince Harry's mother-in-law, has a longstanding career as a yoga teacher in Los Angeles. Meghan also said "yoga is my thing" in 2017 during a magazine shoot.
