Tennis star Bjorn Borg writes about being diagnosed with prostate cancer in his upcoming autobiography, according to reports in Sweden and Italy.
"Heartbeat", which will be released on September 18, details the Swede's secret battle with the disease, which he has kept hidden from the public.
The book, written together with his wife Patricia, will be released in the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Latin America, the Netherlands and Italy, in addition to Sweden.
The release of the book has been shrouded in secrecy, and Swedish publication Expressen report it will not be sent out to the media to review before it is released, while Borg is also said to be preparing to be 'extremely sparing' with his interviews promoting it.

But the early release of the book in Italy on Amazon and other websites has led to news of Borg's cancer becoming public.
Borg dominated tennis in the 1970s, winning five Wimbledon titles and six French Open crowns to establish himself as one of the most popular players in the sport's history.
One of the most stylish players to ever play the game, the Swde is credited with introducing a legion of fans to the sport during an age when colour television took off.

Speaking in March, Gunilla Bergmark from book publishers Norstedts said: "It feels like a big and important task to finally be able to publish Bjorn's story.
"This is a book that many have been waiting for a long time and I can't think of a better person to write his story than Patricia."
