TV personality Jeremy Clarkson has tragically announced the death of one of his puppies, following the news that his farm will be closed for two months due to a Bovine TB outbreak. The 65-year-old star of Clarkson's Farm confessed he is "not enjoying farming this week" as Diddly Squat farm faces turmoil.
Jeremy discussed the TB outbreak live on Times Radio with presenter Peter Cardwell, describing the past 24 hours as "awful". He said: "You have a test every six months on the cows and then you sort of become blasé, it's a hypothetical threat.
"And then the vet looks up as he did yesterday lunchtime and said 'I'm really sorry this one's failed.' So that means we're now locked down and it's just dreadful, absolutely dreadful," he added.

Jeremy then shared the heartbreaking news of his puppy's death, telling Peter: "It's only been not even 24 hours since I found out and it occupies my mind."
"Well it was occupying my mind but I got up this morning and found one of my puppies has died.
"And we've got a very sickly calf. Honestly, farming? I'm not enjoying it this week."
He confirmed that Diddly Squat farm, located in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, will be "certainly" shut down for two months, as "that's how long we have to wait before we do another test".
He also reassured listeners that his farm shop would remain "unaffected" by the lockdown, as "it's only cows that get affected by it".
Meanwhile, Jeremy's partner Lisa Hogan posted a heartbreaking video on Instagram after the tragic loss of their puppy, reports Gloucestershire Live.

She penned: "Sad news this morning. Mr Grey has gone to fur and feather land."
The footage captured her consoling the puppy's mother, who appeared dejected and was protectively positioned alongside the remainder of her litter.
"Poor Mr Grey, I'm sorry darling," Lisa whispered, as she tenderly stroked the dog's ears.
Clarkson's Farm supporters flooded the comments with sympathetic messages, with one posting: "Awww bless her [crying emoji] my boy had green collar when we got him this takes me back. Fox reds are the best." (sic)
Another wrote: "Aw I'm so sorry...poor Mum she looks so sad...take care all of you...it's so harsh bringing puppies into the world...huge hugs x." (sic)
"That's sooooo sad. Bless her and all of you for your continued efforts to take care of them," a third remarked, whilst another added: "Oh no...this is so upsetting [crying emoji] Poor girlie xx." (sic)
