Axed Strictly Come Dancing contestant Nick Knowles is going full Robocop as he battles to fully recover from an arm injury.

The DIY SOS presenter took to today to show off his new support system weeks on from first hurting his arm.

Showing off new knee and arm braces, Nick told his followers: "New Robocop knee and arm braces. Getting mobile again and may not need the knee op for a while as it's getting so strong with the braces.
