In the letter written by Anita, it was alleged that her daughter Anna was burdened with work at the company. She was pushed to do excessive work, which made her work late into the night and not get enough sleep. Due to this excessive work, Anna started having many health problems. Anita wrote that Anna suffered mental and physical problems due to lack of sleep and work stress, which eventually led to her death.

Anita also wrote in her letter that Anna suddenly felt pain in his chest after attending the CA convocation held in Pune on July 6. Anna was immediately taken to the doctor, where the doctor said that his health had deteriorated due to lack of sleep and not eating enough food. Despite this, the company did not pay attention to Anna's health and kept him constantly engaged in excessive work, which became the main reason for his death.

Workload continues even when health deteriorates

Anna Sebastian Perayil was a resident of Kochi, Kerala. She passed the Chartered Accountancy exam in November 2023. She started her job at Ernst & Young (EY) in March 2024. Anitha alleged that no officer or employee of the company was present during her daughter's funeral, which shocked her deeply. This shows insensitivity on the part of the company.

In terms of Anna's education, he pursued Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Finance and Taxation from Sacred Heart College Thevara. After completing his graduation, he started preparing for CA and cleared the Chartered Accountancy exam in November 2023. The result of his hard work and rigorous preparation can be seen in his success, but excessive workload and stress ended his life.
