Farmers who are economically weak

These people cannot take advantage of the scheme:-

Those farmers who are institutional landholders, people who have held or held constitutional posts, people who have been employees or officers in government ministries, departments, or offices, regular employees of local government bodies...

Current and former ministers of the Central and State Governments, current and former members of the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, people who have been employees or officers in Central or State Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and autonomous bodies, current and former members of the State Legislative Assembly and State Legislative Councils, current or former Chairman of the District Panchayat and current or former Mayor of any Municipal Corporation are ineligible to take advantage of this scheme.

When can the 18th installment be released?

So far 17 installments have been released under the scheme and now the next turn is for the 18th installment. However, the date of release of the 18th installment has not been officially revealed yet. But every installment of PM Kisan Yojana is released at an interval of about 4 months. In such a situation, the 17th installment was released in June and according to this, the next 4 months of the 18th installment are being completed in October. Therefore, it is believed that this installment can be released in the month of October.
