Disclosure in CBI report

Kolkata News: CBI has made a big disclosure in the Kolkata rape-murder case. CBI says that Sandeep Ghosh gave wrong information for some reason and deliberately misled the investigation. CBI's investigation has revealed that accused Sandeep Ghosh did not want to register an FIR in this case. It has also come to light that even after getting the information at 9.58 am, he did not reach the college. The college's vice principal told the police about suicide. Now the question arises that when he was not involved in this case, then why was he providing wrong information to the police? Was it so that the college does not get defamed and its financial irregularities do not come to light?

According to the report, Sandeep Ghosh's statement on some important issues related to this case was misleading. The CFSL report of the polygraph test states that Sandeep Ghosh deliberately tried to mislead the investigators on some important issues.

Dr Ghosh and SHO were in collusion!

Even after Dr. Sandeep Ghosh got information about this case at around 10 am, he did not reach the college. Sandeep Ghosh did not complain about the murder. Finally the vice principal complained and he also told the police that it was a suicide, while the scattered evidence at the crime scene was testifying something else.

Why was Sandeep Ghosh suppressing the matter?

CBI says that the accused deliberately registered a case of unnatural death and deliberately recorded wrong facts. Was the intention of Sandeep Ghosh and Abhijit Mandal to save Sanjay Roy? This also remains a question.

Why was the FIR registered after 14 hours?

CBI claims that the accused deliberately delayed filing the FIR. He got information about the incident at 10:03 am. Even after getting the green signal from the family of the deceased at 7:30 pm, the FIR was filed at 11:30 pm, causing a delay of about 14 hours.

What are the allegations against Abhijeet Mandal?

Abhijit Mandal did not videograph the process of sealing evidence and samples. He hurriedly allowed the cremation even though the family had demanded a second post-mortem. Accused Abhijit Mandal delayed preserving the clothes worn by the accused on the day of the crime by 2 days. Let us tell you that during the investigation, LVA and polygraphy tests of Dr. Sandeep Ghosh were conducted.

On the other hand, the Kolkata court has refused to allow the narco test of Sanjay Roy, the accused in the RG Kar case. The purpose of this test was to know whether the accused Sanjay Roy is speaking the truth in his statement or not?

This decision of the court has given a new turn to the further investigation process in this case. Earlier, news had come that Sanjay Roy had also turned hostile in the polygraph test. He said that he was not involved in the murder. He clearly said that he was not the murderer, but he has been framed. Sanjay even said - I ran away after seeing the dead body.

Sanjay Roy's polygraph test was conducted on 25 August in the afternoon. During this, three polygraph experts were present. Sources say that during this time, accused Sanjay Roy retracted his statements. During this test, accused Sanjay completely denied his involvement in the rape and murder. Earlier, accused Sanjay Roy had also declared himself innocent in front of his lawyer.

What will the CBI do now?

Kolkata Police arrested only one accused in this case and that was Sanjay Roy. Kolkata Police collected many evidences against Sanjay Roy. After this, the case went to CBI. CBI's theory till now is that the murderer is none other than Sanjay Roy. There are many evidences against accused Sanjay Roy. These include his presence in CCTV footage, evidence of entering and exiting the hospital premises, DNA report, examination of the clothes of the deceased and the accused, evidence found at the crime scene and many other important evidences against him.
