PM Modi to chair second meeting of Cabinet Committee on Security Affairs on Wednesday

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will chair a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) on Wednesday at 11 am, likely to take stock of the Security preparations after the Pahalgam attack. This will be the second CCS meeting since the incident.

Later in the day, the Prime Minister will also chair a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Political Affairs (CCPA), which is being convened after a considerable gap. Senior Union Ministers, including Nitin Gadkari, Jiten Ram Manjhi, Ram Mohan Naidu, and JP Nadda, are among its key members.
