Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma is doing a lot of good work for the people of his state, recently the minister has taken many good decisions, which are in the interest of the general public, if we talk about recently, then the state government has announced important changes in the policy related to annual salary increment for retired employees. Earlier , retired employees had to take legal action to get their due salary increment. The aim of this new policy is to streamline and increase the benefits for retired personnel, let's know full details about it

Annual Salary Increment:

Personnel retiring on June 30 will now get the benefit of annual increment effective from July 1. This policy applies to those who retired on June 30 , 2006, and on June 30 of every year thereafter .

Pension Adjustment:

The annual increment will be considered as part of remuneration for pension purposes. It will not affect gratuity , commutation or earned leave calculations.

Implementation Timeline:

This wage hike will be notional from July 1, 2006 to April 10, 2023. Actual cash benefits will be provided from April 11, 2023

House Rent Allowance ( HRA):

Retirees will also be eligible for House Rent Allowance. The HRA benefit will be available for leave period up to 120 days. For maternity leave , it is extended to 180

Persons suffering from T.B. , cancer , leprosy and mental health problems who take leave up to 240days will also be eligible for HRA
