According to the Delhi Directorate of Education, all government schools in the capital will remain closed from May 11 to June 30, i.e., for 51 days. However, it will be announced a little later in private schools.

No complete holiday for students of senior classes

The Delhi government has clarified that studies will continue for students of class IX, 10, and 12 even during the holidays. During this time, remedial classes will be run. So that the studies of students in board and important classes are not affected. These classes will run from May 13 to May 31.

Remedial classes will start at 7:30 am.

According to the circular issued by the Directorate of Education, Delhi, remedial classes will be held from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. This will save students from the scorching heat of the afternoon. It has been said that science and mathematics will be compulsory for students of classes 9 and 10. The third subject will be decided by the school principal based on the needs of the students.
