Performance compared to previous years
The overall pass percentage of SSLC exam in the year 2024 was 73.40%, which was much lower than 83.89% in 2023 and 85.13% in 2022. This rate was also slightly below the 73.70% pass percentage of 2019 before the pandemic. A total of 8.9 lakh students had registered for the exam in 2024, including 4.5 lakh boys and 4.3 lakh girls.
