In his viral video, he explained to his followers that eating variations of this breakfast during his diet's first week significantly contributed to his weight loss. Not only is the recipe a breeze to whip up, but it also scores high on taste, according to the creator.

Here's how you can recreate the trending breakfast:

  • Start by making your boiled eggs. Bring the water to the boil before you drop them in and cook them to your liking. He recommends 8 minutes 25 seconds for firm eggs, or seven-and-a-half minutes for a "jammier" centre.
  • Grab a plate, and add one portion of cottage cheese to the centre.
  • After cooling the eggs in an ice bath, remove the shell, and slice up the eggs to add on top.
  • Slice half an avocado and add to the plate.
  • Add your toppings of choice - such as onion, cucumber, tomatoes or any sauces you like.
  • Top with some chilli lime seasoning and everything bagel seasoning.
